SAFe® Agilist Certification for Enterprise Agile Transformation

Overview of SAFe® and Its Importance

Agile methods work well for small teams; however, in today’s times, most organizations rely on large teams, multiple geographies, and complex systems. Hence, Agile needs to function across large enterprises for quick customer response, faster delivery, and higher quality products. Without proper processes and structure, agile implementations don’t achieve the desired large-scale impact.
SAFe® (Scaled Agile Framework) is a methodology designed for such large-scale teams, enabling a seamless Agile transformation. It synchronizes alignment, collaboration, and delivery across multiple Agile teams. In its latest release (version 5, update 5.1), SAFe® includes significant improvements in execution, strategy, and leadership competencies, enabling individuals and organizations to deliver world-class business solutions.
